I came to herbs by way of the Moon. I was seeking something true.
I was looking for a way to serve. To build something new.
I composed a little ritual and made an offering to suit.
I was working with intention and consorting with the sky.
I was seeking guidance from the invisible divine.
She replied.
Look around you, look inside.
Everything you need grows with you.
The earth will provide.
I took her words and looked around.
I was standing under the moon
on sacred ground.
Realize that you are nature too.
Enlist her in your gratitude.
Ask and offer something true.
She will answer you.
